I have been
thinking about writing for years and I finely have the
opportunity to fulfill my dream. I did some play writing in
college then received my RN later on and never returned to
writing. As a male nurse for almost six years I had some
wonderful times. With the new TV shows "Nurse Jackie" and "HawthoRN"
I have once again been inspired to write some of the things
that I have seen and done over the last twenty years. I
started my transitioning about fourteen years ago, slowly at
first and over time to working fulltime as a woman. I quit
hospitals during that time and tried private doctors with
very little success. I found a job as an RN in a rather
large retirement home for the elderly. For the last several
years I have enjoyed the work and I really do love it.
My duties include diabetic and various other kinds of
shots. Preparing medicine for the patients, dietary
supplements and special diets. Helping them stay
healthy. Older people are funny and they have very good
stories to tell if you take the time to listen. As a
transsexual I have all my male package with boobs and a very
nice figure to go along with them. My hair is long enough to
make into a bun or ponytail and I wear one or the other most
of the time at work. I started out in the hospitals working
the night shift. I could study when it was quiet and it
wasn't as busy. I still prefer the night shift. I get paid
to sleep and there aren't many jobs you can do it and be OK.
Working double shifts gives me the money to drive a BMW and
have a very nice apartment on the water in San Francisco.
I love the City and the night life is the best.
I have a very close female friend who shares my Apt. We
each have our own bedroom and bathroom. I see her at home
about two times a week on average but we talk all the time.
Sometimes she comes to where I work and we have lunch . She
is My best friend and yes we have slept together many times
and yes we have great sex. She is an RN also, her name is
Nancy Anderson. We met around ten years ago when I signed on
at the same hospital she was working. We met on my first day
and we hit it off right away. She read me very quickly and
asked me for my identity. You are a transsexual aren't you,
she asked. Yes. I said. Do you have all of your male
genitalia? Yes I said. Are you going to have it removed? Not
any time soon I said. Well, ok, just as long as you're
honest with me we will get along fine.
We went to lunch together that first day. She said, I
like fucking people at work I don't have much time away to
have a real relationship. Who do you fuck at work? I have a
couple of doctors and a few nurses and a few patients at the
moment I fuck or at least have sex with. I use birth control
and condoms. How about you, Gail? Well, um I love sex. I
have sex when I can, but.. Do you have sex with men and
women? Sometimes.. I do too, I love going down on men and
women and I have several dildos I play with, I love sex.
The rest of my shift she showed me around the hospital
and showed me my duties. We both switched to night shift
after a couple of weeks and I fucked her almost every night

woman and girlfriend and we would have a totally different
relationship full of jealousy if I were a man all the
