My mind is on business all the time lately, I have lost most of my free time. Yes I have received a large fortune but where has my life gone? I must learn to delegate more responsibility to Jennie and others at work so my life will turn around and be mine again.

            Jack flew to Las Vegas for a few days to look my property over. I have twenty one buildings and three bare lots. They are on four different streets so I thought they were scattered all over but Jack said all the properties are on one large double city block, and yes they are on four streets. Jack told me I own the entire double block. Jack had it checked by a survey company and there is just over eight acres. My realtor called me and offered me three point five million for it, Cash. He said I won't get a better offer in this economy. Jack said he talked to the six tenants and they will move out within six weeks. He offered them all ten thousand each if they were out in thirty days. They gladly accepted his offer. The rest of the buildings are empty. He contacted a demolition company and they will apply for permits and build fences and start the demo work as soon as the city gives them the OK. They walked the site and will claim salvage on everything on the premises and rip the ground three feet deep to remove buried plumbing and electrical lines and buried debris, The property will be compacted and level when they are done. the total cost is three hundred and seventy five thousands dollars. They expect to make over one hundred thousand in salvage of bricks, steel, lumber plumbing fixtures and electrical fixtures. Everything will be done in about six weeks.

            Jack contacted several casino friends to find interest in the property. He said several people are very interested in the clean property, and they will be looking when the work is done. I was very happy with the way Jack was handling everything when yesterday he called me to pick him up with George at the airport. We were waiting when he entered the terminal. He had George retrieve his luggage and we got in the Limo . He had George place his luggage in the back seat with us. As we drove to my flat he told me when he returned to his hotel room he had three offers for the property. The largest was in cash dollars and he accepted it with out calling me.

            Ok Jack what is the deal? Well he said, I could not turn it down it was twice what the property was worth and he brought the cash with him to close the deal. How much did you get, Jack? After paying for the moving expenses and the cleanup and with a hand shake We settled for fourteen million............each. What did you say? Twenty eight million, total. There is twenty eight million in that trunk. And you checked it through the luggage check? It was too big to carry on. We started laughing and could not stop. Considering everything, You can keep my third of the investment company and we will split the twenty eight mill and call it even. You will need a bigger safe deposit box. We started laughing again.

             George dropped us at my flat and we opened the trunk. I could not believe my eyes, I have never seen that much money before. Jack counted it out and we put Jack's money in the trunk and I put mine in a suitcase in my closet. We laid across my bed and started laughing. Jack rolled on top of me and stopped laughing and with a straight face said, Kay, you scare me to death, I don't know what to say to you or how to handle you. I'm so proud of you, I love you, Your all woman to me and everyone else but you're totally out of my league. You are so strong and yet so feminine. When we make love you tend to devour me and take over completely and leave me an empty shell and it takes me several days to overcome the feeling I have. I am in a shamble and find it difficult to function for those several days. When I do start to feel right again I come in contact with you and the feeling starts all over again. How do you feel now Jack. I was very high when I completed the deal on the land and when I saw you in the airport I started unraveling as I walked toward you. I must go now, I have an appointment with Jennie to make all the paperwork balance out and send it to Las Vegas for the deal. I will talk to you tomorrow and we can meet for lunch you can sign everything and I will complete the deal. On paper You sold all the property for three point five million and you will pay taxes on that amount unless you invest it soon. Kay I will call you tomorrow .
