Jennie and I flew to Miami, rented a car and went hunting for our new project. After driving around for three hours we finely found it. Covered with trees yes. palm trees, no, a few scattered around and there are several ponds and some connect but they don't go anywhere. But all and all, it is Ok. I was considering maybe moving there for awhile but I quickly forgot that, however I would like to have a warmer place to stay when it's cold in New York like now. Jenny was not impressed either. We talked to the building contractor and I asked him how many complete homes he is finishing per month and he said eight to ten at this stage and hopefully increase  that to double in about six weeks and complete the project in about six to eight months. Jennie and I were very happy with the conversation and the goal. We drove back to Miami  and stopped to have lunch. What did you think Jennie? I was very pleased. Well, I grew up in Buffalo and went to high school and college with Jack and Tony then Jack and I went to law school together.                I went to the flat. I was thinking I would be alone,  they were thinking I wouldn't be home until tomorrow and every one was partying when I entered. Tony and Bobbie, Kit and Christine were  having beer and pizza and they invited me to join them. We all said hello and Christine waved me over so I sat next to her.
