We have been very busy with the Condo units.  A Japanese mfg. company called me today and wants to buy twelve units ,three floors for their executive force that are moving here to work on an electric car they want to produce. They will be here Monday. We talked for awhile and I told them eighteen million plus association fees and he said Ok. I Called Fay and she was very happy. I also told her that we wanted to keep all four units on the top floor and I want one of the elevators to be exclusive to the top floor. She said that will work. She has not sold anything up there and she can still use the model to show. She also said if these twelve units  sell and without the top floor she will still have five units to sell. We spent the last two nights there and it is wonderful. There is very little sound from the surface streets. The view is to die for and sitting outside at night on the terrace is like being in paradise. Betty did a wonderful job on our place, it feels like home. I can't wait to see how the flat turned out.
