We met the guys at
the property this morning and they were very excited with what they were
told by the building dept.......So what do you think so far? Miss Brown,
Please just Kay, There is a whole lot of money to be made on this property.
You gave thirty five million? No, Fay sold it to another person and I bought
it from him. Oh, Ok. I want two billboards put up showing the proposed
project and I want to get the dredging completed as soon as the surveying is
completed. How long do you think all of this will take. The surveying only
about a week and the Dirt work about three weeks and I can have the
billboards up at that time. Thirty days. And how much have I spent so far?
Close to thirty eight million including plans and permits. Sounds good when
can we get started. Ah...Kay, wait a minute. what would it take for you to
step out and let us have it. You want to buy it? The entire project? Yes we
do. If we made you an offer right now as is, would you be interested. I
plan to make forty to fifty million over the next two years. We understand,
we will give your money back plus twenty million. Do you have the cash ?
Ah... well no but I can give you ten cash and a check for forty five
million.
Here's my deal. I
will meet you at Fay's office in my building at ten Monday morning. You
bring me Ten million in cash and a cashiers check for forty five million and
I will give you a deed from the previous owner that I bought with cash and
Fay will give you a receipt from me for the forty five million and I am out
of it. Will that work for you? Yes, oh yes I will see you in the morning. We
all shook hands. Then its a deal. We got in the limo and drove to the
pavement and Fay screamed. Joe jumped and slammed on the breaks. She Ok
she's just happy. Joe started driving again. You OK Fay? Kay you are
awesome, Do you know what she did? I put my finger to my lips and she froze.
I just sold the property so I won't be doing the project, they will. Joe
take us to our place. Fay I need a check for Six million. Yes Ma'am, Call
and see if he is in possession of the deed. Kay, I have it in my other
office in the safe. Let's go get it and pay him the money and have him sign
the release and back date it to when he gave you the deed. He has never had
it they mailed it to me and I put it in my safe and called him and told him
and he said it is safer with me than with him, so I still have it. Date it
to when he told you he wanted to sell it. That will work. We stopped for
lunch and Fay was so jittery she could not sit still. We ordered and Joe
went to the men's room. You are a broker and were going to do more together.
You can count on me anytime. Joe came back as they were bringing our food.
Kay I just heard something this morning, People are calling your building
the "Tokyo Towers". I like that Mr. Soto will too. We chatted as we ate our
lunch and Fay's head is spinning and we are all laughing about different
thing including her.
We picked up the
deed and a check and took it to the owner for him to sign. He signed the
deed and a release and the check for the purchase price... Fay would you
deposit this for me and here's a check for six hundred thousand for you.
Thank you for taking care of all of this for me Fay. I have a couple of
other properties I want to sell in the near future. I will talk to you about
it later..... Fay was shaking when she got in the car, Joe you ride in the
back I will drive. As soon as he was in the car she was all over him. They
were undressed and fucking in less than a minute. They continued until I was
in the parking garage and that was about thirty minutes. I opened their
door. are you two Ok . Thank you Joe, thank you Kay I really needed that. Ok
you two out, Joe has a call so we need to let him go. Joe gave me a kiss and
a wink, any time Kay. Thank you Joe I will call you. I gave him a hundred
dollar bill and said, This is for "Above and beyond the call of duty" Thank
