Fay put the meeting together
with the lender, owner, contractor so we could meet and work out the
details of the sale. Everyone was ready to deal. The lender signed off
as well as the contractor with a few performance stipulations of
completion. The owner was eager to sign and Fay put the paperwork
together for us to sign and I signed for Jenny and the notary called
Jenny and because she is an attorney and a notary they worked it all
out. and when everything clears the title company we all sign again and
Jenny will sign the final papers then. No money changes hands until
then. The final inspection has been filed with the city and the
contractor is all but done. The landscaper was working today and will
finish over the weekend. The utilities will be transferred to us on
Monday. Jenny will be here tomorrow.
Betty wants to start doing
the interior Monday so we are going shopping for furniture tomorrow. The
contractor will work with Betty to do the colors for the model unit and
our unit. All the carpet is in the entire building. Betty wants to
change the lighting in our unit and furnish the model unit. She can do

We returned to the hotel for
