Jenny came in this morning and we picked her up at the airport.
She wanted to see the new project first thing. As we arrived the
landscaper had just finished and the building looked just
wonderful. There was no one there. I had received a set of keys
from the seller so we let ourselves in. Jenny was hysterical
with laughter. How in the world did you pull this off. Betty
answered her. Kay is a fucking genius or a con artist. We all
were laughing. I said, We were in the right place at the right
time. The owner was within hours of foreclosure and I gave him a
graceful out. Let's take a look. All the units are the same
floor plan, half are reversed at 2400 square feet. The selling
price is One point five, there are 32 units or Forty eight
million. Wow Jenny said will which are you? a con or a genius.
Rich I said. we're all rich. Betty told me we're not paying a
realtor fee but we're giving her an exclusive on the 31 units. She is signing contracts
this weekend on six and hopefully on four more in a few days. I
told The realtor, Her name is Fay, we are carrying the contracts
on all the units. Kay you have done a magnificent job, how can
Betty and I ever repay you ? Well Jenny for starters you can buy
lunch. We were all laughing. Lets go to the hotel, I want to
shower and have lunch, then I want to come back and look at the
entire building. Where is our unit? On the top floor Betty said,
It has the best view.
Back at the hotel Jenny went
in to take a shower and Betty and I were at awe with the
situation. What's wrong you two? What's going on? We both
giggled. Betty said, Kay and I took a shower together last
night..... Well what's wrong with that we're all friends, rich
friends I might add. Does someone want to take a shower with me?
Betty and I looked at each other and I said, I do. Well get
undressed. Betty said, she has a really fun clit. We started
laughing again. Betty said, can I come too? There is room for
all of us. We washed and played and touched and fondled and
probed and rubbed and Kissed and jacked for over an hour. When
we dried off we realized the maid had made the bed while we were
in the shower. We started giggling and turned to laughter. I
felt like the most luckiest woman in the world.
We had lunch and returned to
the building and went straight up to the top floor. Four units
to chose from so I unlocked them and we toured them all. The
view is beautiful from them all but the view of the Bay was
excellent with the ocean in the background. It was unanimous the
Bay view was to be ours. The bottom floor had a large lobby
public bathrooms, showers, spa, sauna, pool, recreation room
and an office with three rooms and four large offices to lease.
Betty and I had no Idea of all of this. When you enter from the
street you're on the second floor lobby, there is a staircase
down. From the parking area you enter on the ground floor into
the lobby. There are two elevators for convenient access. Well
girls, how did we do. We did great. What's next. Let's see what
Fay has to say. We arrived at her office and she was very happy
to see us. Fay this is our partner Jenny, Fay, Fay Jenny. We
giggled. Is there any thing we need to do? Jenny needs to sign
some papers and I have more Keys and instructions for some
things and a list of contractors' numbers in case of repairs.
The warranty covers all labor and materials for one year on most
things and Ten years on some things.
We're keeping unit
thirty-one for ourselves. Oh thank you I wanted to know that. I
have signed fourteen units with deposits on six more. You are
still carrying the contracts? Yes and why don't you use the
office on the ground floor. Its yours as long as you want it.
Are you sure? You can represent us better from there. That is so
nice of you. Thank you so much. Have a safe installed and
whatever you want and we will pay everything. Betty will help
you do it right she is doing our unit and the model unit. The
final papers will be ready to sign on the building on Monday
afternoon and I can do the paperwork on the units I have sold
and have them ready to go at the same time. Anything else you
need from us we'll take care of on Monday. Thank you Ladies and
Jenny It's good to meet you. You To Fay, call when you need us.
I will, good bye...... Good bye.
On the way to the hotel we
chatted about our unit. Betty suggested A Polynesian theme
throughout our unit and the model also. Sounds good to me, what
do you think Jenny? Yes, good idea. I need a drink I am
exhausted. What's the deal with the Limo? It belongs to the
Hotel. I told them what we were doing and we would use them for
prospective clients. No charge for the limo. Kay, you are
amazing you cover all your bases all the time, and yes I have
noticed it at work too. You're always prepared. Thank you Jenny.
Goes for me to Kay, Thank you Betty. We have really hit the
jackpot this time. At the hotel we went to the restaurant, Jenny
ordered a cocktail, Betty and I had tea. Tomorrow we can do some
shopping and Try to get started on decorating. I sent for
catalogues from my office. I will have everything sent to
us here as for furniture. We can have the drapes done in New
York. Over the weekend we can go treasure hunting for decorating
items to personalize our place.
Jenny said, Let's go to our
room and play, this drink has made me horney. Me to Betty
added. I'm always horney, let's go play.............KB
