I have
discovered I like San Diego more than New York, at least at this time. I
can't wait to get back there where the weather is warm and sunny.
Tomorrow's supposed to be nice here, but it's just not the same. Jenny
is coming with me and we are leaving Sunday morning. Bobby and Kit have
moved in with Christine and Betty is staying at Jenny's place at least
for now. They have all taken on the responsibility of the studio and are
all working good together. There was some resentment at first, but it
seems to have all gone away now that Jenny and I have left and everyone
there is making another hundred thousand a year.
My place is
secured now that no one is living there. I will be able to come and go
as I please without wondering if it is locked or whatever. Jenny is
shipping some of her things to her new place and making San Diego her
residence and I have done the same. She will be living in her place and
me in mine and we are both ok with that. We have the Florida co-op and
we're working on the foundation together and she is still going
things for Jack. I have missed Fay and Joe, Fay is a kick to be around
and she and Joe have become the best of friends. I have a lot of work to
do for the foundation and Jenny is balancing the system for me so I can
take my money out and do all the paperwork to make a non-profit
Foundation.
Stan called and
we talked for awhile and I think he was embarrassed about his last call,
we discussed the project for awhile and he said would like us to go to
Sea Ranch soon. Then he said he would see me for dinner Sunday evening
and he hung up. I was good with it and I watched TV for a while and went
to bed........KB
