Sally is in the hospital with two fractured wrists and a broken leg and she is bruised all over. She was parallel parked and she just sat down and was shutting the door when an older woman hit her door, it was open about twelve inches when she made contact. Sally's car was pushed forward about twenty five feet and hit another car. Her steering wheel was pushed toward the center of her car about six inches from the door crushing into the dash, her car was still in park when she was hit. The lady who hit her was going about fifty five in a twenty five zone and she was dialing her phone. when she hit her. The lady was hospitalized with head injuries. This all happened yesterday and I stayed at the hospital with her last night. Tony was in and out, he had a tough time with it all. The hospital was having trouble getting her insurance to clear, I wrote them a check for one hundred thousand dollars and they Said that was Ok, they will hold it until they contacted the insurance companies. Sally is feeling better this afternoon I guess they have her on pain meds. Her lower leg is broken in the lower small bone and she is casted with her toes barely showing and about ten inches above her knee. Both wrist are wrapped with splints and ace bandages. Considering everything she is looking pretty good. She lost her purse, an ambulance driver recovered it and is dropping it off this afternoon at her room. Being TG is a little confusing to the hospital staff even though they see it all the time, She passes so good until they start to clean her up. I called everyone she works with and Jack, Kit and Bobby came to see her today, Her car Is totaled Jack took pictures, the door is folded up into the dash and the steering wheel is bent over, the hood is buckled up and the front is crushed from hitting the back of a parked beer truck The Car is at the Mercedes garage. It only has ninety six miles on it. Jack picked up another one and put it in the parking garage. He called his insurance company and they said to do it. I guess I am worried about her. She is just fine. Jack picked up her new car and put it in her space in the parking garage. He said it is exactly like the other one. I said I will come in the morning and help you with your makeup and take you home. I went home and went to bed and later Kit and Bobby came home and they both came in and we talked for a while, I told them Sally would be home tomorrow night and I caught them up to speed on everything. I dozed off and later I woke up with both of them snuggled up to me sound asleep.
