Snap Shot Contest Rules

READ BELOW TO MAKE SURE YOU ARE ABLE TO BE ENTERED.

The Winner will be posted on this site on the first business day of the following month.

If you think you can CHEAT and win, you may want to think again!
Every Vote is confirmed by the end of each month.

We Reserve the right to disqualify any contestant at
any given time without explanation.

If you are disqualified for any reason your picture will remain in the contest, however, you will not be able to enter another contest for 1 full year. Your disqualification will NOT be made public, but you will be notified.

RULES:

New Rule as of June 2006: Any photo with beard shadowing will not be posted. Please make sure that you either shave really good or use make-up to cover it up.

We will no longer post photos with email addresses from AOL accounts as we cannot contact you (see our front page). Please use an email account from another source (i.e. - Yahoo, Hotmail, etc.).

Only send us 1 photo per entry.

     Send your photo in JPEG format only, no larger than 300 x 300 pixels
          (4" x 4"). Meaning we want a picture that is no larger than 300 pixels on
          either side. We want your best snap shot.

Make sure you are the only one in your photo.

     Include a "bio" of 30 words or less which will be published online with your
          picture (personal information, hobbies, femme name, etc.) Let this reflect
          your personality! Please NO URL's.

Please include a working email address, your name and the state and/or
country in which you live. (this does not count as part of your bio).

You cannot enter 2 consecutive months in a row. You can only enter every
other Month (i.e. If you enter in June you cannot enter again until August).

You cannot enter the same photo as any previous month.

You can enter up to 6 times per year.

We will add photos as they are submitted until monthly deadline
(the 15th of each month).

If you win, you cannot enter again for 12 months.

Best pictures are those with light, clean backgrounds.

All photos submitted become the property of Castle Supply and are
copyrighted along with all other materials on the site.

After the monthly deadline (the 15th of each month), all acceptable photos
submitted will be posted on the following monthly contest.

HOW TO NOT BE POSTED:

Sending more than one photo per month.

A bio of more that 30 words.

Sending photo larger than 300x300 pixels (4" x 4").

Sending your photo in a zip file, gif format, bmp format (JPEG'S only).

Entering the same photo as any previous month's entry.

Entering 2 consecutive month's in a row.

Someone else in the photo with you.

None working e-mail address.

URL's included. If they want your URL they can email you and ask for it.

Entry deadline, 15th of each month.

The world wide web will be the judges.

We reserve the right to refuse any photos.
If your submission does not meet the rules,
you will NOT be entered or notified.

Remember this is a competition. So show the WORLD your best!!!!
